1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any game on the progamestore.online domain ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
2. Description of Service
ProGameStore provides a marketplace of premium web-based games. These are progressive web apps (PWAs) that run in your web browser. Some games require a subscription to access premium features such as multiplayer, cloud sync, and AI opponents.
3. Pricing and Payment
ProGameStore uses a subscription model. Pricing is set by individual game developers. The platform charges a 10% commission on subscription revenue. Payment is processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
4. User Accounts
ProGameStore uses GitHub OAuth for authentication. By signing in, you authorize the Platform to access your GitHub username and avatar for identity purposes. No additional personal data is collected.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt or overload Platform infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from proprietary games
- Harass other users in multiplayer environments
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to gain unfair advantages in games
6. Intellectual Property
Game code on ProGameStore is proprietary unless the developer explicitly chooses an open-source license. The ProGameStore platform infrastructure is maintained by the platform team. Developer content remains the intellectual property of the respective developers.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all games are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ProGameStore be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
