## What is ProGameStore?

The paid counterpart to FreeGameStore. A marketplace for premium games with large multiplayer lobbies, persistent worlds, server-side AI for NPCs/procgen, daily challenges via cron, and Stripe-powered subscriptions.

## Current status

**Pre-launch.** The org exists with a placeholder marketing page. No platform monorepo yet.

When development begins, PGS will follow the same patterns as its siblings:
- pnpm workspace monorepo at `progamestore-online/platform`
- OIDC npm publishing for `@progamestore/*` packages
- CI + prod-smoke workflows
- Biome linting
- Trunk-based deployment (push to main = deploy)
